Terms & Conditions

1. General Use
Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.

2. Expiration and Fees
Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.

3. Redemption
Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.

4. Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.

6. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.

7. Balance and Transaction History
You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.

8. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

For questions or assistance with your gift card, please contact our Customer Support team or call the store directly.

Substitution Policy

The Fine Print (aka Terms of Service):

  • Following your purchase, you will receive four (4) communications from us: A) For orders placed online: An emailed order confirmation with a ten (10) digit order confirmation number.   This means the order has been successfully placed on our website. B) For orders placed by telephone directly to the shop: An emailed order confirmation with a six (6) digit  order confirmation number.  This means your order has been received in our shop and will be delivered per your instructions subject to this Fine Print.   Please use this confirmation number in all communications with us about your order. C) A phone text picture of your purchase.  Note: We apologize but due to the heavy volume of orders, we will be unable to send you this picture during holiday weeks. D) An emailed formal delivery confirmation will be sent to you following delivery so you will know your gift has been received. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive any of the email communications.  They will be coming from donotreply@mercurynetwork.com.   

  • ***** Please advise us immediately if you do not want any of these communications.  No response from you for the communications will be taken as your approval for all four communications for this and all future orders, both web and in-house generated.

  • Sometimes, specific flowers are not available.  We reserve the right to substitute a similar color flower of equal or greater value.  We will do our best to maintain the same overall appearance of your gift.

  • Similarly, containers will vary based on what we have in stock and what is available in the market so there will possibly be some variation from what you see in the picture.

  • Pictures of all arrangements on our and all other websites are close ups so they may make the arrangement look much bigger than it is. If dimensions are not listed for your purchase, please call us at (305) 865-0433 to verify this is the size you want if size is important.

  • Please verify the recipient's address.   We will charge a second delivery fee if the address you provide us is an incorrect address.

  • We do not call before delivery (unless you ask us to call first).   But if we get to the delivery address and the recipient cannot be found, then a phone number for the recipient will help us complete the delivery in a timely manner. So please be sure to provide the recipient's phone number with your order.

  • We're sorry but timed deliveries are only requests that cannot always be accommodated. Please call us at (305) 865-0433 if you have a specific time you need us to deliver; we will work with you to get it there using your time frame. Timed deliveries cannot be accepted under any circumstance on holidays.
